3. Bookings, Orders, And Payments

Topper may allow customers to book appointments, place orders, or make payments through your profile. You remain responsible for fulfilling the services or products offered, honouring the information shown on your listing, and dealing with customer service matters related to your business.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website or platform, interfere with normal operation, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious code, scrape protected data, or use the service in a way that could harm Topper, its users, or connected service providers.

5. Platform Content And Licence

You retain ownership of the content you upload, but you grant Topper permission to host, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the website, directory, dashboard, booking flows, payment flows, and related promotional activity for the service.

6. Availability And Service Changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or remove parts of the website or dashboard from time to time. While we aim to keep the service available and accurate, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent availability of every feature.
