INNOVERA
Innovera works with boards,
CEOs and executive teams to govern AI properly, sharpen what they take to
market and build a sales engine that actually scales. The work is built on real
frameworks the board can sign off on, not on decks and slogans.

Veronica spent thirty years at
the commercial end of enterprise technology. As Sales and Marketing Director at
Fujitsu Ireland she directed EUR 100m+ of annual orders and closed over EUR
410m of enterprise deals across her last six years there, and as a Technology
Consulting Partner and Head of TMT (technology, media and telecommunications)
at EY she advised the largest organisations in Ireland and the UK on how to
turn technology strategy into commercial outcomes.
Today she runs Innovera as the
bridge between board-level AI concerns and the commercial reality of running a
business. She lectures on AI, innovation and new product strategy at Trinity
College Dublin’s MBA programme, speaks regularly on enterprise AI governance,
including the AWS AI and Data Conference 2026, and advises Irish and European
leadership teams on the moves that compound revenue rather than the moves that
look impressive in a deck.
Veronica is now an Executive
DBA candidate at the Kemmy Business School, University of Limerick, researching
how boards can govern AI under the EU AI Act so that risk is constrained and
responsible commercial growth is enabled, rather than treated as a trade-off.
The Act has made directors accountable for systems that act, learn and fail in
ways their existing risk frameworks were never designed to govern, and most
boards still cannot translate those duties into committee mandates, audit
programmes and assurance. Closing that gap is the work, in practice and in her
doctoral research.
