Breathwork:
Breath is one of the few ways we can consciously take charge of our Nervous System and switch from stress - Calm in less than a few minutes. I offer 1-1 sessions teaching you Calm, Relaxing breaths to use everyday to feel more Calm.
Transformational Breathwork: This is a deeper form of breathing which uses energising breath to take you from the mind into your body so your body feels safe to open up and release any unprocessed emotions or trauma.
I hold monthly group breath Journeys for this and offer 1-1 Breath Journeys.
EFT Tapping:
EFT Tapping is a gently way to access the subconscious mind to uncover the root of limiting beliefs that are holding you back. Once you understand how those beliefs may have once protected you they can be changed to more empowering beliefs. .
Mindset / Coaching:
Qualified NLP master I offer 1-1 sessions guiding you to understand your mind - how it works, how to change the way it thinks and how to use your mind combined with breath and/or tapping to stay focused on what you want, to feel safe to receive it and to believe you deserve it.
