At Studio 3 we are committed in providing a family centred & holistic range of therapies and classes designed to meet the ever changing needs of our clients in todays busy and stressful world, Our Aim is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for you & your family.
Studio 3 offer a range of weekly Classes from Children to Adults. Pilates, Yoga, Meditation, Salsation, Ballet and Children’s classes.
We also run Yoga & wellbeing workshops every weekend where our teachers and guest teachers share their vast knowledge to improve your wellbeing. We offer ongoing massage courses as well as classes in aromatherapy, reflexology, Indian head massage & sports massage.
