Lorraine Demetriou is a Holistic Health specialist passionate about guiding deeply giving women to rebuild their energy, reclaim resilience, and thrive. With over 20 years of experience as a Naturopathic Nutritionist, Intuitive Chef, and Yoga Teacher, she blends science with soul—fusing Nutrition Science, Eastern Medicine, yoga, meditation, neuroscience, psychology, and Intuitive Cooking into her transformative trainings and workshops.

In Lorraine’s late teens and early twenties she was diagnosed with both IBS & Endometriosis; a painful, energy zapping and anxiety ridden chapter of her life. But like all good life adventures, our challenging times become our greatest teachers.

Instead of allowing her diagnosis to become her fate, it became Lorraine's compass, guiding her toward a deeper connection with herself. Over the past 25 years, Lorraine’s learned how to truly nourish her body at a cellular level, supporting its ability to detoxify, eliminate, repair, and energize. She’s also discovered the profound importance of tending to her nervous system and emotional well-being, unraveling the grip that unresolved traumas and past hurts had on her digestive and hormonal health. This journey taught her that true healing happens when we nurture both the body and the heart, creating space for resilience, balance, and transformation

Now, Lorraine teaches evidence-based tools both in the kitchen and on the yoga mat, helping clients take a step-by-step approach to recovery. She empowers women to adapt their lifestyle without compromise, cultivate a nourishing repertoire that supports healing on all levels, and tap into the self-regulating power of their nervous system. A passionate advocate for moving beyond diet culture and quick-fix solutions, Lorraine takes a deeply holistic approach, recognizing that true well-being isn’t just about what we eat but how we restore, regulate, and reconnect.

Through her work, she helps women move beyond exhaustion and burnout, so they can reclaim balance, vitality, and ease—living fully, without running on empty.
